TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you so much for your order! We strive to make our customers happy, but we know that sometimes purchases just do not work out. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Orders that are placed with in stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Preorder or out of stock items will days approximately 2-3 weeks. All preorder items will be labeled on the website as “preorder” Online orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders will not be shipped out until all items in the order are in and ready. Local pickup items that are in stock can be picked up immediately and we will fulfill the other items when they arrive.
All orders placed with a discount code are final. Orders cannot be combined, exchanged, edited, returned, or cancelled after they are placed. Only one code can be used per transaction. Exclusions may apply. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order is placed. Please note: PRE-ORDERS, SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, CUSTOM ITEMS AND HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If your purchase does not work out, we are happy to accept returns for store credit postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date if online. If you purchase items at a local event, all sales are final, and we cannot offer returns for those items. However, we can do a size exchange if the size you want is in stock. Exchanges must be made within 48 hours of the event when the items are purchased.
Shipping is non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. We do not offer free returns or exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay for the shipping for us to ship the new item back to you. When we receive the item in the mail, you will be notified so that you can pay the shipping cost.
We do not offer price adjustments if an item recently went on sale or price matching.
All items that are returned must be in the original bag that it was shipped in. Cannot be worn, washed or damaged in any way.
Store credit does not apply to shipping cost. Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Daddy Hacks Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Daddy Hacks Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We suggest you send items back to USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number.

Once we receive your package it will be processed within 7-10 business days for store credit if your return meets all the requirements listed above.
SHIPPING
Please allow 3 business days for processing and shipping, including store pickups. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped, or it is ready for pickup.
If your package has been lost or is not delivered within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact the carrier and file a claim. Daddy Hacks Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
